Property Guru: Guruverse

What if employee motivation could be experienced through play? Enter Guruverse!

We kicked things off with Guru Gather, an interactive teaser game where Gurus accumulated points to earn a special passcode and unlock the Guruverse VR Lobby. Within the VR Lobby, Gurus embarked on a journey through 9 meaningful moments, each designed around key themes such as “Be Ambitious”, “Be Empowered” and “Be Guided”.

Each moment featured a symbolic game that brought its theme to life. For instance, “Be Ambitious” challenged Gurus to drive two vehicles simultaneously, navigating twists and turns while collecting points along the way—symbolising the challenges and drive needed to succeed at work.

Completing each game unlocked a badge, encouraging Gurus to progress through the Guruverse journey, collect all 9 badges across the 9 moments and customise their Guru Profile.
